Description & Terroir
Deep ruby red color. On the nose, spicy aromas such as white pepper with herbal hints and sweet touches of red pepper combined with black fruit aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. In the mouth, sweet, balanced and with a refreshing acidity and a prolonged finish with herbs and spices. The oak imparts delicate hints of caramel giving aromatic complexity to the wine.
Terroir
Alluvial, derived from the water erosion of the Andes Mountains. Dry conditions and wide thermal amplitude during the day, creating a very distinctive microclimate. The sandy-textured soils are skeletal and quite deep, enabling deeply colored and highly structured wines.
